Bar association elects new officers



YOUNGSTOWN -- The Mahoning County Bar Association elected Richard N. White, whose legal office is in Boardman, as its president. White succeeds Kathi McNabb Welsh. Clair Carlin will serve as president-elect.
Elected as trustees for three-year terms are: Judge John M. Durkin, Judge R. Scott Krichbaum, and James E. Roberts.
The association held its annual election banquet on Monday and honored the following attorneys for 50 years of service: Robert J. Boyd, Michael C. Clemente, Don L. Hanni Jr., John J. Leskovyansky, and Leonard Olson. They also honored the following attorneys for 55 years of service: Thomas L. Corrotto, Norman A. Rheuban, and Julius J. Zlotnick.
Lynn Maro and Leonard Schiavone received the distinguished service award, given to those who provide exemplary service to the bar association and/or the community at large.
