State, county and federal agencies and businesses that will be closed Friday:
All city offices.
All county, state and federal offices.
All universities and other schools.
Western Reserve Transit Authority.
All public libraries.
Stock market.
All banks.
Trash collection: Browning-Ferris Industries, Waste Management, and Warren City Environmental Services: All have no service Friday, will collect Friday routes on Saturday. Youngstown: residential collection will not be affected by the holiday.
