Shannon Potina, Rich Rovnak plan Sept. 27 vows

XMINERAL RIDGE -- Jim and Marianne Potina, 1922 Cloverbrook Drive, are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Shannon Potina of 763 Tudor Lane, Boardman, to Rich Rovnak, also of the Tudor Lane address.
Mr. Rovnak is a son of Marie Rovnak of Brookfield and Rich Rovnak of Struthers.
The bride-elect attended Youngstown State University and is an executive assistant with the Edward J. DeBartolo Corp. in Boardman.
Mr. Rovnak is a laborer with Rudzik Excavating in Struthers.
The couple will exchange vows during an open ceremony set for 2:30 p.m. Sept. 27 at St. Columba Cathedral in Youngstown, and invitations will be extended for a reception to be held that evening at the Byzantine Center at the Grove, also in Youngstown.
