Beaver Local High School -- is where the 12th annual Mike Duck Memorial/Lady Beaver Hoop Club's fifth- and sixth-grade tournament will be from Feb. 15-March 1. Entry fee is $75 per team. Youngstown Road Runners -- will sponsor the club's 14th annual Distance Classic on March 9 in Mill Creek Park. Available will be a 5K (9:05 a.m.) and half marathon (8:45 a.m.). Both races start in finish in the Wick Recreation Center. Windshirts are available for the first 500 who register. Eighty-eight awards will be presented in the half marathon and 81 in the 5K.
