Police arrest two outside nightclub



AUSTINTOWN -- Police said a Youngstown man cursed at them and ignored their commands to end an altercation early this morning in front of The Mill club on South Raccoon Road.
Jermaine Stroughter, 23, of East Pasadena Avenue, was one of two Youngstown men arrested in front of the club this morning. He is charged with disorderly conduct while intoxicated and failure to desist.
Police also arrested Aaron McClendon, 21, of Potomac Avenue, in front of the club this morning and charged him with disorderly conduct -- failed to desist.
A report states that Stroughter was involved in a "physical altercation" inside the club and it continued in the parking lot around 2 a.m. It does not describe the nature of the altercation.
Police arrived and told Stroughter to stop. Stroughter then cursed at officers and was arrested, reports state.
Reports state that police found McClendon standing in a traffic lane stopping cars around 2:10 a.m. They told him to move.
McClendon moved out of the lane only to walk back in front of traffic as police walked away, report state. He was then arrested.
