Blansett-Ray nuptials are set for March 8

XAnnouncement is being made of the forthcoming marriage of Melissa K. Blansett and Stephen P. Ray, both of Little Rock, Ark.
The future bride is a daughter of Shirley Swaim of Conway, Ark., and Mr. Ray is a son of John and Liz Ray, 774 Glen Park Road, Boardman.
The couple's wedding will take place at 3 p.m. March 8 at Otter Creek Assembly of God Church in Little Rock, and a reception will be held that evening in the Genesis Room at Next Level Event, also in Little Rock. Invitations will be extended for both events.
Ms. Blansett is a graduate of Pearl River College in Popularville, Mich., with a bachelor's degree in business and is a financial representative with Little Rock Hematology-Oncology Associates.
The prospective groom holds a master's degree in chemistry from Youngstown State University and is a forensics scientist with the Arkansas State Crime Lab. He also teaches chemistry at the Baptist School of Nursing in Arkansas.
