CHICAGO Bulls bend but don't break against Cavaliers

CHICAGO (AP) -- Jalen Rose scored 19 points and Tyson Chandler hit two go-ahead baskets in the fourth quarter Saturday night as the Chicago Bulls blew a 20-point lead before beating the Cleveland Cavaliers 85-79.
Rose, playing despite a stomach flu, had four free throws in the final period and a jumper with 42 seconds left to hold off the Cavaliers.
After Cleveland rallied with a 23-6 run to take the lead, Chandler twice hit baskets to give the Bulls the lead back. Chandler finished with 16 points.
Zydrunas Ilgauskas scored 27 points and Ricky Davis had 17 -- shooting just 4-of-18 -- to lead the Cavaliers.
Darius Miles' fast-break alley-oop dunk with 4:02 left capped a 14-2 Cleveland run that cut the Bulls' lead to 73-71. Miles then stole the inbounds pass, leading to Smush Parker's 3-pointer that gave Cleveland a 74-73 lead, its first since the first quarter.
Chandler answered with an inside basket before Davis hit two free throws to put the Cavaliers up for the final time, 76-75. Chandler then scored again with 2:43 to go as Chicago took the lead for good.
Chicago's Jay Williams left the game with a sprained ankle in the first quarter after he blocked a shot by Miles and did not return.
After Williams left, the Bulls went on an 11-2 run to go up 20-9 with 3:52 left in the first. The Bulls ended the quarter up 24-12 and led 49-33 at the half.
Ilgauskas had 14 points on 6-for-9 shooting, six rebounds and two blocks in the first half, while Wagner added 10 points.
Chandler paced the Bulls in the first half with 12 points on 4-of-6 shooting while Rose scored 11.

Cleveland's flight did not arrive in Chicago until 1:30 a.m. Saturday. ... Cleveland's 81-80 win Friday night against Toronto snapped a 14-game road losing streak. ... Trenton Hassell added 14 points on 6-of-6 shooting and had nine rebounds for the Bulls.
