RECRUIT? Jamestown (Ohio) High School senior Levi Westerhausen traveled with his school's marching band to play trumpet in the Thanksgiving Day parade in Chicago. As colleges and university work more diligently to recruit band members, Columbia College in Chicago sponsored the high school marching band portion of the parade for the for the first time last year.
