Stock exchange seeksto delist Cold Metal
BOARDMAN -- Cold Metal Products said the American Stock Exchange is seeking to delist its stock.
The stock exchange, which halted trading in Cold Metal stock Aug. 2, told the company this week that it intends to file an application for the delisting with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The move follows Cold Metal's refusal to file a report that showed it was in compliance with listing standards.
The Boardman-based steel processor closed a plant in Campbell and filed for bankruptcy protection in August. It is seeking to sell its other plants.
