911 presentation
YOUNGSTOWN -- "An Inside Look at Youngstown's Emergency 911 Dispatching System" will be presented at 7 p.m. Wednesday at St. Dominic Parish Center, 3403 Southern Blvd., by Detective Sgt. Brian Welsh, city police 911 unit commander. The program is being offered by the Southern Boulevard Block Watch.
