VOICES FROM HEAVEN: Warren Civic Music Association's concert series continues with The Singing Angels, who will perform Saturday night at W.D. Packard Music Hall. The Singing Angels, based in Cleveland, feature 100 boys and girls ages 8 to 18 who present Broadway show tunes, movie theme songs, pop standards and barbershop-style music.
