ST. LOUIS -- Mark Recchi scored two of Philadelphia's five power-play goals and Jeremy Roenick scored twice, helping the Flyers win for just the second time in 11 games. The Flyers, 2-3-3-3 in their last 11 games, used their league-best power play to defeat the Blues. The Flyers scored five goals in eight power-play chances against the Blues to pad their season power-play totals to 37 goals in 150 chances.
Senators 3, Bruins 0
BOSTON -- Martin Prusek stopped 24 shots and Todd White scored an unassisted short-handed goal in the first period in the Ottawa Senators' 3-0 victory over the Boston Bruins. The Senators extended their undefeated streak to seven games. They are unbeaten in their last six road games. Prusek (5-3-1) got his second shutout of the season. White, who has four goals and an assist in his last five games, slid the puck backward through his legs and into the net at 14:27 of the opening period.
Wild 2, Oilers 2
EDMONTON, Alberta -- Mike York scored twice, including the tying goal late in the third period. York banged home a loose puck past Minnesota goaltender Manny Fernandez with 2:17 remaining in regulation. He also made it 1-1 in the first period when he took a pass from Radek Dvorak at the Wild blue line, skated wide on defenseman Brad Bombardir and unleashed a high wrist shot that Fernandez had no chance to stop.
Rangers 3, Kings 2, OT
LOS ANGELES -- Tom Poti scored his second overtime goal in 24 hours, and Mark Messier got the tying goal after being stopped on a first-period breakaway. Poti, who beat the Phoenix Coyotes one minute into OT, scored his sixth goal of the season with a redirection of Alexei Kovalev's centering pass from the right boards just 39 seconds into the extra five-minute period after slipping behind Kings forward Alexander Frolov.
