County offices: Mahoning, closed; Trumbull, close at noon Wednesday, closed New Year's Day; Columbiana, closed; Mercer, closed; Lawrence, closed.
State offices: Ohio Department of Economic Development, closed.
Federal offices: U.S. Post Offices.
Schools: Youngstown, Warren, Niles, Salem, Youngstown Diocese, Sharon and New Castle, closed.
Universities: Youngstown State and Kent State Trumbull Campus, all closed.
Western Reserve Transit Authority (WRTA): Closed.
Public libraries: Youngstown-Mahoning County, Warren-Trumbull, all closed.
Stock market: Butler Wick & amp; Co., closed.
Banks: Bank One, National City of Ohio, Farmers National Bank, First Place Warren, Second National Bank, Cortland Bank, National City of Pennsylvania; all closed.
Trash collection: Browning-Ferris Industries of Ohio, Youngstown District, Waste Management, Warren City Environmental Services, all closed on New Year's Day; one-day delay.
