SPENDING PLANS Council of Governments

The executive board of the Mercer County Regional Council of Governments has approved operating budgets for the shared-services agency for 2004 without an increase in the operating assessments levied on the 26 municipal members. The budgets (with 2003 figures in parentheses) are:
Administrative: $355,500 ($350,000).
Shenango Valley Regional Lock-Up: $81,000 ($128,750).
Greenville Regional Lock-Up: $120,000 ($120,000).
Shenango Valley Animal Shelter: $86,000 ($86,500).
Drop-Off Recycling Program: $144,300 ($111,250).
Chestnut Run Swim Beach: $59,000 ($60,000).
Lackawannock-Shenango-West Middlesex Swimming Pool: $17,000 ($17,250).
Softball/Recreational Complex: $12,200 ($12,000).
TV Sewer Line Inspection & amp; Sewer Jet Cleaning: $10,000 ($10,000).
Insect & amp; Weed Control: $850 ($750).
