Men's Garden Club installs new officers

CANFIELD -- The Men's Garden Club of Youngstown held a Christmas party Dec. 10 at A La Cart Catering, where the top Bronze Award was presented to Jerry Bemis.
Each woman attending received a poinsettia, and the officers for 2004 were installed by Frank Mitch of Akron.
Those inducted to leadership positions were Joe Alessi, president; John Waldorf, first vice president; Hugh Earnhart, second vice president; George Hoover, treasurer; Leno Laner, recording secretary; and John Kolar, corresponding secretary.
