Questions, issues and options for the March 2 primary ballot had to be filed with county election boards Thursday. The list is unofficial until certified by the boards. Candidates running in the primary have until Jan. 2 to file their nominating petitions.
MAHONING COUNTY
Mahoning County: Continuation of a 0.5 percent sales tax for five years for general revenue to raise about $12.5 million annually.
Mahoning County: A 1-mill, five-year new levy to provide and maintain senior citizens' services and facilities to raise $3.81 million annually.
Austintown: A 2.5-mill new levy for a continuing period of time for police services to raise $1.42 million annually.
Western Reserve schools: A 5.7-mill, five-year new levy for operating expenses to raise $425,000 annually.
Poland schools: A 3.2-mill, five-year renewal levy for emergency expenses to raise $1,068,055 annually.
Canfield schools: A 6.9-mill renewal levy for a continuing period of time for current expenses to raise $2.46 million annually.
Jackson-Milton schools: A 2.8-mill, five-year renewal levy for emergency expenses to raise $383,088 annually. (Also on the Trumbull County ballot).
South Range schools: A 6.9-mill, five-year new levy for emergency expenses to raise $921,425 annually.
Springfield schools: Continuation of a 1 percent income tax for five years for current expenses to raise about $1.15 million annually.
Youngstown Precinct 4N: Permit the Sunday carryout of beer and wine at the Mahoning Wine Shoppe, 1681 Mahoning Ave.
Austintown Precinct 39: Permit the Sunday sale of beer, wine and mixed beverages at Rt. 46 Beer and Wine, 136 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

Hubbard Township: A 1.75-mill, three-year renewal levy for police protection.
Joseph Badger schools: A 5.5-mill, five-year renewal levy for emergency expenses to raise $550,000 annually.
LaBrae schools: A 3-mill, five-year renewal levy to remodel and equip school buildings.
Lakeview schools: A 4.5-mill, five-year additional levy for emergency expenses to raise $1.1 million annually.
Liberty schools: A 0.9-mill, five-year renewal levy for remodeling or equipping school facilities.
