Police probe shooting of 2 New Castle men



NEW CASTLE, Pa. -- Police said this morning that no arrests had been made in a double shooting that injured two city men.
Police were called to 1202 Highland Ave. at 10:39 p.m. Wednesday to investigate reports of a shooting and found that both Tyrone Lewis, 31, and Scott Davis, 22, both of New Castle, had been wounded. Both were taken to Jameson Hospital for treatment.
Police said Lewis was transferred to St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown, where he was in critical condition this morning. No further information was released.
