DETROIT -- Brendan Shanahan scored with 1:09 remaining in overtime. Pavel Datsyuk scored his 19th goal with 18.8 seconds remaining in regulation, and Henrik Zetterberg, in his first game since breaking his left leg on Nov. 3, had a goal and two assists for Detroit. Brett Hull extended his point streak to 12 games with an assist on the tying goal. Scott Thornton and Marco Sturm scored for San Jose.
Capitals 2, Panthers 2
SUNRISE, Fla. -- Stephen Weiss scored a power-play goal midway through the third period for Florida. Valeri Bure also scored, and Roberto Luongo made 25 saves for Florida. Bates Battaglia and Peter Bondra scored for Washington, and Maxime Ouellet made 20 saves.
Stars 3, Canucks 1
DALLAS -- Bill Guerin scored the tie-breaking goal with 10:09 remaining. Jason Arnott and Rob DiMaio also scored to help Dallas snap Vancouver's five-game unbeaten streak (3-0-2). Markus Naslund had a second-period goal for the Canucks.
Wild 3, Avalanche 2
DENVER -- Pascal Dupuis and Filip Kuba scored to lift Minnesota to its first road win over Colorado. Sergei Zholtok added his 100th NHL goal, and Dwayne Roloson had 37 saves for the Wild. Joe Sakic had a pair of goals, and Milan Hejduk and Steve Konowalchuk had two assists each for the Avalanche. Colorado had its unbeaten streak ended at eight (4-0-4).
