Monday, November 9, 1863: Got about four sheets in the wind this Evening.
Tuesday, November 10, 1863: Went out to the Seminary the scene of the first Days fight Loafed in town all Day Got my picture Bill Banks and Billy Sykes in one group.
Wednesday, November 11, 1863: Went to Round Top with an artist to take Some Scenes of the Battle field took one Scene of Dead men then as Skirmishers then on Picket.
Thursday, November 12, 1863: Was up Last Night till the cock crowed went out to Hunterstown with Banks and Sykes it is a small village five miles sou East of Gettysberg Banks + Sykes went to town this Evening.
Friday, November 13, 1863: Lazed in Bed Nearly all Day.
