Criminal damage: Two mailboxes were damaged at Jeffrey B. Fleck & amp; Associates, 845 Woodfield Court.
Theft: An employee at Service Experts of Northeastern Ohio, 762 Bev Road, reported $3,785 stolen from an office.
Theft: A woman in the 800 block of Fairfield Drive reported mail removed from her mailbox.
Theft: A woman reported a $500 air-conditioner unit missing from a vacant apartment in the 90 block of Lemans Drive.
Theft: A man, 22, reportedly wrote a $3,443 check at New York Music, 7144 Market St., that was returned because of insufficient funds.
Theft: A Wellsville man reported a compact-disc player, 35 CDs and four DVDs missing from his car parked at the Southern Park Mall.
Theft: A Warren woman reported a $300 leather coat, $400 worth of clothing, $800 worth of jewelry and $200 worth of toys stolen from her vehicle parked at the Southern Park Mall.
Theft: A man in the 7000 block of West Boulevard alleged a woman, 26, stole three credit cards and a cellular phone from a bedroom at his home.
Assault: A Struthers man reported a man in his 20s assaulted the victim at Camelot Lanes, 628 Boardman-Canfield Road. The man had a cut above his right eye and swelling.
Arrest: A 26-year-old Struthers woman was charged with felony misuse of a credit card and receiving stolen property after a West Boulevard man reported being the victim of theft and credit-card fraud.

Arrest: A 15-year-old Youngstown boy was arrested at Woodrow Wilson High School, 2725 Gibson St., and charged with falsification after police accused him of filing a false police report in which the boy claimed to be the victim of a robbery at Wal-Mart, 1300 Doral Drive.
Domestic violence: A 26-year-old Boardman man was charged with domestic violence after a Shields Road woman reported being a victim.
Domestic violence: Police arrested a 29-year-old Boardman man at St. Elizabeth Health Center, 1044 Belmont Ave., on a domestic-violence charge after an Oregon Trail woman reported being in a physical confrontation at her residence.
Theft: A Canfield woman reported an in-dash CD player stolen from her son's vehicle parked in the 800 block of Boardman-Canfield Road.
Criminal damage: A woman in the 400 block of Brookfield Avenue discovered suspicious tire tracks in her front yard, and $300 in damage.
Theft: A woman reported three pieces of jewelry, totaling $2,000, stolen from her room at the Wagon Wheel Motel, 7015 Market St.
Theft: A man reported an air conditioner, a $150 coffee table, two wooden dressers and an antique hutch missing from his daughter's rental property in the 5000 block of Southern Boulevard.
Theft: A woman reported two checkbooks, two automated-teller machine cards, a driver's license and $50 missing while she was at the Southern Park Mall.
Robberies: A Shields Road woman and a Lemans Drive man reported being robbery victims while they were in a parking lot near their residences.
Recovered property: A 1990 Olds Delta 88 was recovered after being discovered missing in the 50 block of Prestwick Drive.
Theft: Police arrested two 17-year-old Youngstown girls on theft charges after three pairs of jeans and a pair of pants were stolen from Kohl's, 383 Boardman-Poland Road.
Theft/criminal damage: A man reported a set of Christmas lights damaged and a flag stolen from his front yard in the 7300 block of East Huntington Drive.
Theft: A 14-year-old Austintown girl faced a theft charge after two T-shirts were stolen from Kaufmann's in the Southern Park Mall. Police also charged her with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of drugs.
Theft: A Leetonia girl, 14, and a Columbiana boy, 17, were charged with theft after $75.42 worth of DVDs and electronics were stolen from Wal-Mart.
Criminal damage: Someone did $500 in damage to a glass window pane at Aerolite Extrusion Co., 4605 Lake Park Road.
Auto theft: A 1995 GMC Jimmy was stolen in the 90 block of Stadium Drive.

Arrest: A 44-year-old man was arrested at his South Avenue residence and charged with receiving stolen property.
Drugs: While conducting a theft investigation at Sky Bank, 525 E. Midlothian Blvd., police arrested a 22-year-old Youngstown man on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Another Youngstown man reported two people gave him a ride to the bank and took $625 from him.
Arrest: A 16-year-old girl was arrested at her Indianola Road residence and charged with being an unruly juvenile after her mother alleged the girl punched her.
Credit-card fraud: A woman reported someone fraudulently used another woman's stolen credit card to try to purchase two 8-inch bracelets at King's Jewelry in the Southern Park Mall.
Counterfeit: A man in his 30s reportedly passed three counterfeit $100 bills at International Jewelry in the Southern Park Mall.
Arrest: After stopping his vehicle in the 7800 block of Market Street, police charged a 19-year-old Youngstown man with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension.
Theft: Police arrested an 18-year-old New Castle, Pa., woman on a theft charge after $91 worth of clothing was stolen from the J.C. Penney store in the Southern Park Mall.
Robbery: An employee at a McDonald's restaurant, 15 Boardman-Canfield Road, reported a man in his early 20s stole an undetermined amount of money from the business.

Arrest: A 50-year-old Youngstown man was arrested near Southern Boulevard and Indianola Road and charged with contempt of court.
Recovered property: A 1993 Buick Skylark stolen in the 6300 block of South Avenue was found abandoned in the 6100 block of South Avenue.
Forgery: A woman in the 8000 block of Deerpath Drive reported her signature was forged in an attempt to access a trust fund set up in her name.
Theft: A woman in her 40s reportedly took $510 from a cash register at Stein Mart, 529 Boardman-Canfield Road.
Theft: Police recovered several pieces of mail, thought to be stolen, that were tossed in a sewer drain near a residence in the 100 block of Runnemede Drive.
Arrest: A 49-year-old Youngstown man was arrested on Market Street and charged with receiving stolen property.
Burglary: A woman reported her residence in the 10 block of Milltrace Drive broken into and a 12-by-26-foot glass pane damaged.
Counterfeit: A man and a woman in their 30s reportedly passed five counterfeit $100 bills at Target, 417 Boardman-Poland Road.
Theft: Police charged a 33-year-old Warren man with theft after three packs of cigarettes, a razor and a set of headphones were stolen from Giant Eagle, 476 Boardman-Canfield Road. He also was charged with drug possession after officers say they found suspected narcotics while searching him.
Burglary: Police arrested a 21-year-old Boardman man on Shields Road on a burglary charge after a woman in the 30 block of Shields Road reported a burglary to her residence.
Arrest: Police arrested a 32-year-old Youngstown woman, near Hillman Way and Mistletoe Avenue on charges of passing bad checks and driving under suspension.
Criminal damage: An employee at the Hampton Inn, 7395 Tiffany Blvd., discovered a vending machine's lock cut and the machine damaged.
Theft: Police arrested two Youngstown boys, 13 and 16, after four cellular phones and a Sony PlayStation 2 game were stolen from Circuit City, 7230 Market St. One boy faced a theft charge and the other boy was charged with receiving stolen property.
Criminal damage: A woman in the 6600 block of West Boulevard reported a man drove over a 20-foot section of her lawn, causing $100 in damage.
Theft: An 18-year-old Youngstown girl was charged with theft after someone tried to take $58 worth of women's clothing from the J.C. Penney store.
Breaking and entering: Someone broke into a Shell True North gas station, 8600 Glenwood Ave., and removed $28.58 worth of cigarettes.

Burglary: Police arrested a 41-year-old Williamsfield, Ohio, man at the Mahoning County jail on two counts of burglary after a Washington Boulevard woman reported her residence broken into and a Grover Drive woman reported a bedroom at her home had been ransacked. Two pieces of jewelry, $2,000 and a women's watch were among the items missing.
Arrest: After a traffic stop near U.S. Route 224 and California Avenue, police arrested a 21-year-old Youngstown man on warrants charging him with passing bad checks and receiving stolen property.
Theft: Police arrested a 25-year-old Youngstown woman on a charge of theft by deception after $144 worth of clothing and shoes was stolen from Gabriel Bros., 850 Boardman-Poland Road.
Theft: A Youngstown boy and a Boardman boy, both 14, were charged with theft after an employee at the Landmark Restaurant, 7424 Market St., reported a $14 food bill was not paid.
Domestic violence: A Meadowbrook Avenue man, 58, was arrested at his residence on a domestic-violence charge after a woman reported being a victim there.
Drugs: Police arrested an 18-year-old Youngstown woman at Wendy's, 4101 Market St., and charged her with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Theft: A Mansfield, Ohio, man reported his wallet stolen while he was at Jillian's Entertainment in the Southern Park Mall.
Burglary: A woman in the 2000 block of Wolosyn Circle reported a burglary to her apartment. A $60 phone and a videocassette recorder were stolen.
Theft: A woman in her 20s reportedly attempted to steal 20 cans of baby formula from Giant Eagle, 1201 Doral Drive.
Theft: A man in his mid-30s reportedly stole a $200 1,000-channel scanner from Radio Shack, 7131 Tiffany Blvd.
Burglary: A man in the 7400 block of Sierra Madre Trail reported his garage broken into, and two saws and three cordless drills stolen.
Criminal damage: Someone did $300 in damage to a lawn at Lockwood United Methodist Church, 4570 Lockwood Blvd.
Criminal damage: An employee at Steak 'n' Shake restaurant, 6786 Applewood Blvd., discovered someone wrote an epithet on his vehicle, damaged one of its front tires and used a key to damage its driver's-side finish while he worked.
Criminal damage: A woman in the 500 block of Boardman-Canfield Road discovered three eggs were smashed on her vehicle's driver's side and passenger side, as well as its trunk.
Dec. 13
Burglary: A man discovered the garage to his residence in the 400 block of West Midlothian Boulevard broken into. A toolbox with about $1,000 worth of tools, various masonry tools, a paint remover gun, three hammers and miscellaneous drywall tools were stolen.
Theft: Mail was removed from a mailbox in the 8500 block of Hitchcock Road.
Arrest: A 38-year-old Youngstown man was arrested near Market Street and Brookwood Avenue and charged with carrying a concealed weapon after police say they found a loaded firearm in his car.
Theft: A 16-year-old Youngstown boy was charged with theft after about $70 worth of jewelry was stolen from Kaufmann's.
Recovered property: A 1988 Pontiac Grand Am thought to be stolen on Terrace Drive was recovered in the Paul's Tire parking lot, 4852 Southern Blvd.
Criminal damage: A man reported $200 in damage to his front lawn in the 4600 block of Montrose Drive.
Auto theft: A 1991 Pontiac Bonneville was stolen from the Gabriel Bros. parking lot.
Thefts: Two 13-year-old Youngstown girls were charged with theft and receiving stolen property after Dillard's, Claire's Boutiques Inc. and Afterthoughts, all in the Southern Park Mall, reported being the victims of receiving stolen property. Various amounts of jewelry were taken from the businesses.
Arrest: A 28-year-old Boardman man was arrested on Meadowbrook Avenue on a charge of failure to appear in court to face eight counts of passing bad checks. He also was wanted on a warrant from Columbiana County charging him with one count of failure to appear in court on a passing bad-checks charge.
