Boles complained about several items, including the legitimacy of the evaluation of the coordinator. Boles, a resident in the area and a steering committee member, said he never received an evaluation to fill out. He said residents in the Weed and Seed area are being shut out since only six residents of the area are among the 25-member steering committee that does the evaluation.
