XA Christmas luncheon will be held by Youngstown Chapter 4611, AARP, at 11:45 a.m. Wednesday at Anthony's on the River, Oak Hill Avenue. Members are reminded to take canned and nonperishable items for Christmas baskets for the needy. There will be a gift exchange and 50-50 raffle.

XHoly Family Seniors will have a Christmas party Wednesday at the K. of C. Hall in Poland. Doors will open at 11 a.m., and a buffet will be served at 12:30 p.m. There will be a 50-50 drawing, bingo, cards and a free gift raffle. Members are also asked to take canned goods and paper products for the Poland Food Pantry.

IMMACULATE HEART
XImmaculate Heart of Mary Seniors will meet Thursday at the school social hall for a Christmas party. A social time will be at noon with a catered lunch at 1 p.m. There will be no business meeting. The program will feature Helen Dinda's fourth-grade students. Cards will be played and a 50-50 drawing conducted. Birthdays and anniversaries will be recognized. XA talk with a social worker is scheduled for 11 a.m. Monday at the Jewish Community Center and will be followed by a noon lunch of sweet and sour cabbage soup, meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, mixed vegetables and apple crisp. On Wednesday the lunch will consist of potato soup, noodle kugel, salmon loaf, peas with onions and lemon pie.

XNorth Jackson Keenagers will meet for a Christmas luncheon at 1 p.m. Tuesday at St. James Church. Reservations for the event were to have been paid in November. There will be entertainment.

XKeenagers of Third Baptist Church will meet at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the church. Representatives of Mahoning-Youngstown Community Action Partnership will present information on their organization. Plans for a June trip to Niagara Falls, Canada, will be discussed.

ST. CHRISTINE
XSt. Christine Senior Citizens will meet at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Gutman Hall. Harriet Moschella will preside, and reports will be given by Jean Baechly and Mary Jo Theis. Pizza will be served by Theresa Vivacqua, Angie Revetti and Helen Mainer. Bingo and cards will be played.
