YOUNGSTOWN -- The Baptist Pastors' Council of Youngstown & amp; Vicinity will have its annual worship service and installation of officers at 6:45 p.m. Sunday at Holy Trinity Missionary Baptist Church, 505 Parkcliffe Avenue. The Rev. Dr. Michael Rutledge, senior pastor of Mount Carmel Baptist Church in Steubenville, will be the guest preacher. The Rev. Lewis W. Christmas program
MINERAL RIDGE -- The First Presbyterian Church of Mineral Ridge, 3654 Main St., will have its annual Christmas program at 6 p.m. Sunday. The program includes youths from the church school and members of the "More Than Singing Group." Refreshments and a visit from Santa Claus will follow.
Original drama set
NEW WATERFORD -- Abundant Life Fellowship, 46469 state Route 46, will present the original drama "Just Jesus" at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The show features the Abundant Life Praise Choir, soloists and interpretive dance team. Call (330) 457-7317.

CANFIELD -- Canfield United Methodist Church, 27 S. Broad St., will present "The Old Shepherd's Story" and Christmas carols at 10:30 a.m. Sunday. There will also be the annual holiday lunch and Santa gift-theme basket auction. Youths will put on a live Nativity from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Sunday.
Holiday musical
CANFIELD -- Emmanuel Community Church, 5612 Kirk Road, will present its free annual holiday musical production, "Sounds Like Christmas," at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Dec. 21. The new show is a lighthearted mixture of old-fashioned caroling and celebration. Call (330) 799-6187.

YOUNGSTOWN -- "Christmas 9-1-1," a Christmas drama that portrays the aftermath of the 9/11 tragedy in one firefighter's life during the Christmas holidays, will be presented at 11 a.m. Sunday at Cornerstone Chapel, 1224 N. Belle Vista Ave.
24th annual Nativity
YOUNGSTOWN -- Zion Lutheran Church, 3300 Canfield Road, will present a live production of "The Nativity -- A Night in Bethlehem" at 5:30, 6, 6:30 and 7 p.m. Dec. 21. A light meal will be offered to all visitors in the social hall. This is the 24th consecutive year for the event.
Festival of carols
AUSTINTOWN -- Austintown Community Church, 242 S. Canfield-Niles Road, will present "A Festival of Carols" at 7 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 21. Refreshments will follow.
