GROVE CITY, Pa. -- Ruth Dobos had 15 points and eight rebounds, and Ali Cananzi also scored 15 points, as Geneva rallied in the second half. Geneva (8-2) overcame a 32-22 halftime deficit to post its third straight win. Leigh LeGare had 12 points and nine rebounds for Grove City (3-2). Abby Moose, a junior guard from Mercer High, added six points.
No. 14 Oklahoma 90, Montana State 59
BOZEMAN, Mont. -- Caton Hill scored a season-high 23 points and pulled down 10 rebounds to lead Oklahoma. Lauren Shoush added a career-high 18 points and Maria Villarroel had 15 for the Sooners (7-0), who led 52-25 at halftime. Oklahoma made a season-high 11 3-pointers, including four each by Hill and Shoush. Kati Burrows had 15 points for Montana State (5-3).
George Washington 76,No. 23 Boston College 75, OT
WASHINGTON -- Marsheik Witherspoon scored on a driving layup with 10 seconds remaining in overtime for George Washington. Boston College's Lisa Macchia, who led all scorers with a career-high 23 points, converted a three-point play with 33 seconds to play to give the Eagles (7-1) a 75-74 lead. Witherspoon then drove left and made just her second field goal of the game for the final lead. Boston College's Clare Droesch's layup was blocked by Ugo Oha with two seconds remaining. Anna Montanana led George Washington (4-2) with 19 points.
