NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. -- Jonathan Smith of New Castle, Pa., was recently hired as Web master at Westminster College. He comes to the college from Alcoa, where he was part of the Internet Technology Team and designed, developed and maintained Alcoa.com Web pages.
Smith has a bachelor's degree in computer information systems from Westminster and was an assistant to the previous Westminster Web master during an internship.
REAL ESTATE
BOARDMAN -- John S. Horvath, a real estate agent in the commercial division of Coldwell Banker Commercial First Place Real Estate since 1999, recently received his broker's license and now works out of the Boardman office as a broker's associate. A Poland resident, Horvath has more than 20 years of experience in selling and leasing of commercial real estate.

YOUNGSTOWN -- Kimberly Lucarell of Youngstown is a new consultant for Tastefully Simple, a Minnesota-based company specializing in gourmet foods. She conducts in-home sales presentations.
