XAUSTINTOWN -- St. Joseph Church was the setting at 2 p.m. Nov. 8 as Rebecca Lynn Gent and Randy John Dineen were married by the Rev. James Korda.
A reception at Antone's Banquet Center, Boardman, honored the daughter of Thomas and Janice Gent, 2034 Penny Lane, and the son of Thomas and Donna Dineen, 13584 St. Clair Drive, North Huntingdon, Pa.
Afterward the couple left on a Caribbean cruise. They live at 4340 Bennington Creek Lane, Groveport.
The bride's mock two-piece matte satin gown was adorned with pearls and lace. It featured cap sleeves, a scooped neckline, basque waistline and A-line skirt that flowed into a semicathedral train.
Victorian lilac gowns were worn by the bride's sisters and honor attendants, Stacey Schermer and Lesley Ann Gent, and the bridesmaids, Bethany Hendricks, her cousin; Melinda Sawicki; and Gina Galich.
Ryan Dineen was his brother's best man, and groomsmen were Steven Schermer, the bride's brother-in-law; Christopher Onofray; Robert Pazchoski Jr.; and Ethan Seidel.
The bride, a speech pathologist with Affiliated Audiology and Speech Pathology in Columbus, holds a bachelor's degree from Ohio State University in Columbus and a master's from Ohio University, Athens.
The groom earned a bachelor's degree at OSU and a master's at Ball State University, Muncie, Ind. He is a peak-performance consultant with Champion Athletic Consulting in Columbus.
