ASSOCIATIONS
XYoungstown Charter Chapter of the American Business Women's Association will hold a holiday dinner meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Saxon Club on Meridian Road. AUXILIARIES
XEagles 213 Auxiliary will hold a bake sale from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the aerie on South Avenue for members and friends. Members are asked to donate baked goods for the event. A regular meeting is set for 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the aerie.
XVFW Post 3307 Auxiliary will have a Christmas party at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at West Fork Roadhouse, Belmont Avenue, Youngstown. Members are asked to take unwrapped toys for the Rescue Mission.
CLASSES
XWarren G. Harding High School Class of January 1939 will meet for lunch at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Imperial Restaurant, Elm Road N.E., across from Warren Plaza. Guests are welcome. Reservations are not required. In case of inclement weather, the meeting will be rescheduled for 12:30 p.m. Jan. 20 at the restaurant. XCampbell-Coitsville Homemakers will meet for a Christmas party at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Sycamore Place in Campbell. Members should take place settings.
XLadies Ancient Order of Hibernians, Golden Rose, Queen of Ireland Division 6, will meet at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the AOH hall, 5110 Struthers Blvd., Boardman. Marilyn Madigan, state president, will install officers, and dinner will be served. A white elephant sale will be held with proceeds to be donated to a needy family at Christmas. XLe Cercle Francais will hold a Christmas celebration Dec. 20 at Alberini's Restaurant, 1201 Youngstown-Warren Road, Niles. Italian delicacies will be featured at the 5 p.m. reception, and an Italian Festa dinner will be served at 6. French music will be performed by Randall Fusco, professor of music at Hiram College, and French carols will be performed. Dinner is $28 for members and $33 for nonmembers. XHolborn Herb Growers Guild will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Holiday Inn in Boardman for its annual Christmas party. Members are asked to take one dozen cookies. There will be an optional gift exchange and entertainment by Chords of Appeal, a female barbershop quartet.

XMahoning County Republican Women's Club will have a Christmas party at noon Tuesday at Davidson's Restaurant in Cornersburg. Meals will be ordered from the menu. The next regular meeting will be at noon Jan. 27 at Denny's in Austintown.

XMexican Society of Youngstown will hold a celebration Saturday in honor of Our Lady of Guadalupe, patron saint of all Latin American countries. The event will begin with a Mass at 6 p.m. at St. Rose of Lima Church followed by a gala dance in the church hall from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. Mexican and Puerto Rican foods will be served all evening, and door prizes will be drawn hourly until midnight.
