The Cleveland Indians named outfielder Grady Sizemore as the organization's minor league player of the year and right-hander Fausto Carmona as the minor league pitcher of the year. Sizemore, 21, batted .304 at Double-A Akron with 26 doubles, 11 triples, 13 home runs and 78 RBIs. Sizemore, who has a chance to make the big league roster this spring, was named rookie of the year in the Eastern League. Carmona, 20, was 17-4 with a 2.06 ERA in 24 starts with Single-A Lake County.
