Eric David Saylor, 52, of Bellair Court, Niles, is charged with possessing 10 photographs of child pornography he reportedly received through the U.S. mail.
The U.S. Postal Inspection Service offices in Cleveland and Chicago conducted the investigation, assisted by the Northern Illinois Child Exploitation Task Force.
In a separate indictment, Robert L. Shelton, 28, of Ford Avenue, Youngstown; Marcus D. Easterly, 26, of Norwood Avenue, Youngstown; and Farren J. McClendon, 25, of Glenwood Avenue, Youngstown, are charged with being convicted felons in possession of firearms.
