YOUNGSTOWN -- Bob Magnuson, commander of the Mahoning Valley Law Enforcement Task Force, will speak at the Wednesday meeting of the Southern Boulevard Block Watch at 7 p.m. at St. Dominic Parish Center, 3403 Southern Blvd. The program, "Cooperating in the Fight Against Drugs and Violent Crime," also will feature a demonstration by a drug-sniffing dog.
