Fallen space heater ignites house fire

CAMPBELL -- A space heater sparked a fire Friday evening in a home at 92 Gladstone St.
The residents were not there when the fire began, and there were no injuries. The fire, however, caused about $25,000 in damage to the home.
Firefighters said a space heater fell onto a plastic toy box in a second-floor bedroom about 5 p.m., igniting the blaze. Most of the damage was to the bedroom, staircase and second-floor hallway.
