ASSOCIATIONS
XAlliance Area Retired Teachers Association will hold a luncheon meeting at noon Dec. 19 at the Alliance Senior Citizens Center. The program will be "There's a Song in the Air" by the Alliance Senior Citizens Chorus directed by Cindy Neiswanger. SOCIETIES
XHammond Organ Society will meet at 4:45 p.m. Friday for a Christmas dinner at Lucianno's Restaurant in Austintown. Afterward, members will go to Grace Lutheran Church for dessert, a $5 gift exchange and holiday games. There will be Christmas music presented by triplets Michael, Jacob and Scott Miller, as well as entertainment by members.
SUPPORT GROUPS
XMembers of the Compassionate Friends of Mercer County will participate in a memorial service to be observed around the world. The local candle lighting will be part of a special service held at 2:30 p.m. at the Corner House Christian Church, 6954 Chestnut Ridge Road, Hubbard. Music and readings will be part of the program.
