Attorney accused of missing court hearings

YOUNGSTOWN -- A judge has ordered the arrest of a Poland attorney accused of missing three court hearings for an estate case.
Judge Timothy Maloney of Mahoning County Probate Court issued an arrest order late Friday for Atty. Ted Macejko Jr. of Oak Drive, Poland.
Calls to Macejko's home and office were not returned Friday.
The sheriff's department had not located Macejko to arrest him by Friday evening.
The arrest order states that Macejko violated court orders by not appearing for hearings May 21, Nov. 4 and Thursday.
The order also states that no bond will be issued for Macejko without Judge Maloney's authorization.
As a result, Macejko most likely will stay in jail after he is arrested until a court hearing is held on the arrest order.
