Michael C. Callihan, 33, Cardigan Street, Niles, illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of a detention facility.
Todd A. Emerine, 29, North Park Avenue, Warren, illegal possession of a firearm in a liquor permit premises and illegal possession of a firearm.
Joseph Washington, 46, Van Wye, Warren, possession of cocaine.
Lori Lynn Reese, 26, Royal Mall Drive, Niles, theft and burglary.
Bruce M. Coxson, 46, state Route 88, Burghill, tampering with evidence.
Travis J. Hoover, 18, Elizabeth Street, Newton Falls, forgery and theft.
Antonio D. Dukes, 26, Candice Drive, Warren, felonious assault.
Carl J. Knopf Jr., Lexington Avenue, Warren, receiving stolen property.
Saad M. Battee, 21, Lodwick, Warren, carrying a concealed weapon, receiving stolen property and illegal possession of a weapon.
Jason R. Lasher, 26, Pinecrest, Girard, breaking and entering, forgery and theft.
Raymond Whiteman, 28, Dearborn, Youngstown, breaking and entering, grand theft of a motor vehicle, and attempted grand theft of a motor vehicle.
Jon W. Blosser, 26, Bayberry Drive N.E., Howland, forgery, receiving stolen property and identity fraud.
Mark Todd Stankorb, 22, Trumbull Avenue, Girard, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer and receiving stolen property.
Matthew A. Martin, 32, Center Road, Lowellville, robbery, theft and attempted theft.
Jack L. Sheetz, 35, Waverly Street, Warren, breaking and entering, grand theft of a motor vehicle, attempted grand theft of a motor vehicle.
Jeffrey C. Simpson, 30, North Albright McKay Road, Brookfield, receiving stolen property and forgery.
