Nov. 23
Felonious assault: A Howland man reported being stabbed in the back during an altercation at Creekside Golf Dome, 1300 N. State St.
Recovered property: Youngstown police recovered a 1984 Olds Delta 88 stolen in the 300 block of Taylor Avenue. The car's radio was missing.
Nov. 24
Criminal damage: Police noticed a large dent in a vehicle's driver's-side door, possibly from someone kicking the car, in the 600 block of North Ward Avenue.
Bad checks: An employee at Pizza Parlor, 500 Church Hill Road, reported a Girard man passed two checks, totaling $45, that were drawn on a closed account.

Breaking and entering: A County Line Road man reported his truck's window broken and a stereo stolen while the vehicle was parked at Lamancusa Tavern, 15 S. Davis St.

Nov. 17
Unauthorized use of a vehicle: A Youngstown woman reported lending her car to an aunt and that her aunt's boyfriend may have taken the car without permission.
Identity theft: A Hubbard woman reported someone used her Social Security number to obtain phone service at a High Street residence.
Nov. 18
Theft: A Girard man said a former girlfriend stole and used five of his credit cards without permission.
Vandalism: A boy in the 1300 block of Stonington Drive alleged a woman, 18, smashed a $100 statue on his driveway and damaged his front door after he refused to allow her into his house.
Theft: A woman in the 200 block of Colonial Drive reported someone set up two America Online accounts in her name without her consent, and that she found two suspicious charges totaling $57.80 on her phone bill.
Assault: A woman alleged a former employee at Belmont Pines Hospital, 615 Church Hill-Hubbard Road, punched a 17-year-old boy twice in the jaw at the facility.
Arrest: After investigating a fight in the 1600 block of Garfield Avenue, police arrested a 14-year-old Youngstown boy near Belmont Avenue and Naylor-Lloyd Road on charges of aggravated menacing and gross sexual imposition. A girl, 14, alleged the boy tried to touch her inappropriately, and several people reported he threatened the victim with a gun and fled.

Attempted theft: A man in the 100 block of Euclid Boulevard reported seeing someone trying to steal his truck, and that its steering column was damaged and a passenger-side window was broken.
Theft: A $300 cellular phone was stolen from Radio Shack, 3551 Belmont Ave.
Theft: A 1997 Chevrolet pick-up truck was stolen from a driveway in the 100 block of Euclid Boulevard.
Nov. 21
Theft: After responding to a report of someone breaking windows at Weathertite Windows, 3065 Belmont Ave., police arrested two Youngstown men, 21 and 63, on charges of theft and criminal trespass. Officers say they saw the two loading windows into a vehicle.
Nov. 22
Domestic violence: Police arrested a 48-year-old man at his Church Hill-Hubbard Road residence on a domestic violence charge after a Youngstown woman alleged he punched her in the left eye.
Theft: A man in the 4000 block of Parkwood Avenue told police some neighbors saw another neighbor remove eight items from his property while the victim was not home. Among the items missing were a fish tank and accessories, a bedroom dresser, a $500 computer system and a patio furniture set.
Nov. 23
Theft: Someone stole a bass guitar, a $1,700 guitar and a $300 digital camera from a ballroom at the Holiday Inn MetroPlex, 1620 Motor Inn Drive.
Arrest: After pulling over a vehicle on state Route 193 for having expired validation stickers and a shattered windshield, police determined the car was stolen. A 25-year-old Youngstown man was charged with driving under suspension and receiving stolen property.

Arrest: After stopping a vehicle on Naylor-Lloyd Road, police arrested a man, 50, and a woman, 23, both from Warren. The man was charged with permitting drug abuse, drug abuse (cocaine) and drug abuse (marijuana); the woman faced charges of having an open container of alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia, drug abuse (cocaine) and carrying a concealed weapon. Officers found several suspected crack pipes, an open container of wine, two suspected marijuana cigarettes, a bag of suspected marijuana and a loaded .38-caliber revolver.
Vandalism: A woman in the 5000 block of Sampson Drive reported a window broken, resulting in $200 damage.
Theft: A cellular phone was taken from a residence in the 4600 block of Vienna Avenue.

Burglary: Someone broke into an apartment in the 200 block of Colonial Drive and stole a $692 14-karat gold rope chain, a $200 charm item and a $200 gold link chain.

Nov. 18
Theft: A West Liberty Street woman reported her purse stolen while she was at Dollar General, 886 W. Liberty St.
Vandalism: A man in the 200 block of Westview Avenue reported two tires on his vehicle were punctured.
Assault: A Church Street woman alleged a Hubbard man assaulted her on Morningside Drive.
Criminal damage: A man in the 300 block of Westview Avenue reported tires slashed on two of his vehicles.

Theft: A Meadowland Drive woman alleged two 15-year-old girls stole her daughter's cellular phone at Hubbard High School, 350 Hall Ave.
Nov. 21
Criminal mischief: A Myron Street man noticed an undetermined pink substance on the ground next to his car, and reported that someone may have poured some of it into his vehicle's gas tank.
Breaking and entering: Someone tried to break into an apartment in the 200 block of North Main Street.
Theft: A woman reported seeing three male juveniles tampering with a vending machine in front of Family Dollar, 19 S. Main St. The cash box and an undetermined amount of change were missing.

Criminal damage: A Bell Wick Road man reported someone threw rocks at his vehicle as he drove on East Liberty Street.

Breaking and entering: Someone broke into the Main Moon Chinese Restaurant, 607 W. Liberty St.

Theft: A woman in the 100 block of West Water Street reported a turkey and two pilgrim lawn ornaments missing from her front yard.
Identity theft: A woman in the 600 block of West Park Avenue reported someone using credit cards in her name that she never applied for.
