International Steelreports public offering
CLEVELAND -- International Steel Group, which acquired most of the steel-making operations of LTV Steel, said it will sell 15 million shares of stock to the public at between $22 and $24 a share.
Goldman, Sachs & amp; Co. and UBS Securities LLC will act as lead managers of the initial public offering. Steubenville strike
STEUBENVILLE -- About 100 registered nurses who are members of the Ohio Nurses Association went on strike Monday against Trinity Medical Center East. Nurses said they have issues with the recruitment and retention of nurses and added that wages and benefits are below other hospitals in the Steubenville area.
Order OKs debt paymentsfor Pittsburgh hospital
PITTSBURGH -- Allegheny County Judge Frank Lucchino signed an order Monday doling out $104 million to creditors of the defunct St. Francis Health System.
Settling the hospital system's debts was the last major roadblock under a $520 million deal between the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield to turn the former Pittsburgh hospital into a new facility for Children's Hospital. Two smaller hospitals, in Cranberry and New Castle, were merged with other providers.
