BICENTENNIAL EVENTS Canfield Presbyterian sets holiday home tour
CANFIELD -- Canfield Presbyterian Church is sponsoring a holiday tour of six area homes and the Bond House on Dec. 12 and 13 as part of its bicentennial celebration.
The church was founded in 1804. The candlelight tour will take visitors from a house built in 1802 to a modern home constructed in 1996.
Choices
Hours for the Dec. 12 tour will be from 6 to 9 p.m., and the cost is $12. Visitors may return to the church for a holiday reception from 7:30 to 10 in the fellowship hall, 140 W. Main St. Hors d'oeuvres, desserts and beverages will be featured.
The Dec. 13 tour will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. The cost is $10; there is no reception that day.
Tickets may be obtained at the church office. To receive them by mail, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Canfield Presbyterian Church, 140 W. Main St., Canfield, Ohio 44406. For more information call the church office at (330) 533-5509.
Proceeds will benefit the church missions, outreach and bicentennial activities.
