VOLLEYBALL Canfield defeats Ursuline, 15-5, 15-4

YOUNGSTOWN -- Natasha Kassim led Canfield High (1-1) with three points, eight kills, one ace, as the Cardinals defeated Ursuline 15-5, 15-4, in a volleyball match Wednesday.
Lindsay Owen had seven points, two aces and two kills for Canfield. Brandi Snavely had 11 assists and four points. Stephanie Jarvis had five blocks.
Allesandra Perry led the Irish with three kills.

YOUNGSTOWN -- Petrina Morocco had two kills and two blocks, Bridget Kelly collected five kills and a pair of blocks, and Taylor Pancoe had four digs for the Cardinals (1-2). Sarah Clarke also had four aces and 10 points.

BERLIN CENTER -- Regina Satmare scored seven points with three aces to pace the Beavers.

BELOIT -- Ashley Armstrong collected a kill, two blocks, two assists and one pass, while Kate Bailey added eight points, one kill, a block, and 10 passes for the Warriors (1-0).
