XAUSTINTOWN -- Pam Rovnak and John A. Ruggieri Jr., both of 955 N. Highland Ave., Girard, exchanged vows before the Rev. Joseph Ruggieri, the groom's brother, during a 2 p.m. ceremony Aug. 2 at St. Joseph Church.
After a reception at the Italian-American Veterans Centre, Youngstown, the couple left for a honeymoon to the Outer Banks, N.C., and Bonita Springs, Fla. They live in Girard.
Parents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. James Fabian, 1549 John White Road, Hubbard. The groom is a son of John A. Ruggieri Sr., 4622 Driftwood Lane, and the late Janet Ruggieri.
Mrs. Ruggieri is employed at Bath and Body Works at the Eastwood Mall, Niles, as an adviser.
Mr. Ruggieri is the manager of House Doctors Window and Door Co. Inc., Girard.
Rum-pink and ivory rosebuds adorned the bride's gown and attached train of ivory satin.
Bev Ward, the bride's sister, was honor attendant. Bridesmaids were Christine Rovnak and Jennifer Baker, the bride's daughters; Erin Wood, her niece; and Maryann Ruggieri and Adele Taylor, the groom's sisters. They wore sand-colored dresses. Flower girls were Jenny and Janine Taylor, his nieces.
Louie Baal, the bride's cousin, served as best man. Groomsmen were Joshua Baker, the bride's son-in-law; Jerry Taylor, the groom's brother-in-law; and Jeremy Lapikas, Dan Karnofel and John Bartos Jr. Ushers were Tony Ward Sr. and John Labelle, the bride's brothers-in-law. Ring bearer was Justin Taylor, his nephew.
