"Dr. Sam Sheppard on Trial: The Prosecutors and the Marilyn Sheppard Murder," by Dr. Jack DeSario and William Mason (Kent State University Press, $28)
ALLIANCE -- Dr. Jack DeSario, a professor of political science at Mount Union College, recently released a book he co-wrote with Cuyahoga County Prosecutor William Mason. "Dr. Sam Sheppard on Trial: The Prosecutors and the Marilyn Sheppard Murder" was published by Kent State University Press. The idea for the book came about through DeSario's interaction with Mason, who had taken on the case of Sheppard vs. Ohio.
There will be a book signing during Mount Union College's homecoming from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday in the campus bookstore.
