XCANFIELD -- The Rev. Terry Hazel presided at the wedding of Kristen Hagan and Christopher Iezzi, both of 3820 Meadowbrook, University Heights, that took place at 2 p.m. July 26 at St. Michael Church. After a reception at The Embassy in Youngstown, the couple left for Negril in Jamaica.
Parents of the bride are Jeanne and Ralph Moran, 4684 Canfield Road, and Robert and Michele Hagan, 562 Madera Ave., Youngstown. The groom's parents are Carl and Lynn Iezzi, 3616 Sunset Drive, Munhall, Pa.
The bride, a history teacher with Garfield Heights City Schools, will use the name Kristen Hagan-Iezzi. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in history from John Carroll University in University Heights, where she is pursuing her master's.
The groom holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from John Carroll and is an executive recruiter with C.K. Mahoning in Cleveland.
Fashioned with an empire waist, the bride's satin A-line gown was enhanced with pearls and featured a chapel train.
Claret-colored gowns were worn by the honor attendants, Jennifer Hagan-Kadel and Julie Bressler, and the bridesmaids, Carmen Iezzi, Jennifer Kulics, Daneen Harlan, Karrie Mertz, Andrea Wright and Terese Coreno. Junior attendant was Natalie Hagan, and Camryn Kadel was flower girl.
Jason Coles and Angel Rodriguez were best men, and groomsmen were Tom Hagan, Jim Hagan, Dan Moran, Ryan Kadel, Marty Rodriguez, Jason Tokar, Lyle Biggs and Ed Zivnoska.
