Raymond Pankey, 47, address unknown; vandalism.
Mark Smith, 21, North Fruit Street, Youngstown; cocaine possession, aggravated marijuana trafficking.
Gregory Wilkerson, 26, Cameron Avenue, Youngstown; domestic violence, two counts of assault.
Ernest J. Austin, 63, Regent Street, Youngstown; theft.
Edward F. Grey, 45, Burkey Road, Youngstown; cocaine possession.
Ralph Muldrow, 37, Shehy Street, Youngstown; attempted murder, felonious assault.
