XNORTH LIMA -- Brad Porinchak, 4306 Janell Court, Canfield, and his bride, the former Cindi Haag, 383 N. Arrowhead Bay Drive, Columbiana, accepted congratulations during a reception at Tippecanoe Country Club, Canfield, after their wedding Aug. 2 at Mount Olivet United Church of Christ.
The Rev. Melinda Lacefield officiated at the 2:30 p.m. ceremony for the daughter of Frederick and Cheryl Haag, 12976 South Ave., and the son of George and Bernadette Porinchak of the Janell Court address.
The newlyweds honeymooned in Siesta Key, Fla., and live at the bride's address.
The bride wore a strapless gown of white satin accented by beaded lace motifs and styled with a cathedral train.
Mrs. Porinchak earned a bachelor's degree in elementary education and a master's in reading K-12 at Youngstown State University. Mr. Porinchak graduated from YSU with a degree in secondary education. They are employed by South Range School District, where she is a second-grade teacher and he is a science teacher.
Honor attendants were Stephanie Hall and Alison Dobro. Bridesmaids were Melissa and Lindsay Gaston, the bride's cousins, and Gretchen Carlson. They wore sapphire-colored dresses.
Sharing the duties of best man were Mike Porinchak, the groom's brother, and Justin Parrock. Groomsmen were Mike Clark, John Krivonak and Brian Haag, the bride's brother. Ushers were Shane Morris, Dan Madden and Jon Grimm.
