HUBBARD
Aug. 19
Criminal damage: A West Liberty Street woman reported a vehicle struck her car and pushed it into the road when she was at Michael's Place, 862 N. Main St.
Aug. 22
Criminal mischief: A woman reported someone drove a vehicle away from Hubbard Gas & amp; Mini Mart, 175 Youngstown-Hubbard Road, with a gasoline hose still attached to the gas tank.
Aug. 23
Theft: A Center Street woman reported another woman removed her property from the victim's former residence in the 20 block of Rebecca Avenue without permission.
Aug. 25
Criminal mischief: A woman in the 200 block of Grandview Avenue reported finding an outside spigot to her residence turned on with the water running.
Aug. 26
Assault: A Columbiana woman alleged her former boyfriend assaulted her at his residence in the 30 block of School Street.

Aug. 19
Theft/criminal damage: Someone broke into a van in the 3000 block of Frederick Street and removed a Sony PlayStation 2 game system, a video monitor, an amplifier and an AM/FM radio.
Criminal damage: Someone broke a truck's window in the 1100 block of Church Hill Road.
Theft/criminal damage: An employee at the American Inn, 1600 Motor Inn Drive, reported someone took two TVs and a refrigerator-microwave oven unit from a room.
Bad check: An employee at Sky Bank, 3499 Belmont Ave., reported a man attempted to cash a $325 check, thought to be stolen, in the drive-through and fled in a vehicle.
Theft: A woman alleged an 18-year-old man removed a Sony PlayStation 2 system from a community room at an apartment complex, in the 4100 block of Logan Gate Road, and replaced it with a defective system.
Theft: A woman in the 4800 block of Sampson Drive reported three women's rings and five DVDs missing from her residence while it was being remodeled.
Recovered property: A man found a wallet, an Ohio driver's license and two check cards on a football field behind the former high school on Church Hill-Hubbard Road.
Theft: An employee at Denny's Restaurant, 4220 Belmont Ave., reported a woman failed to pay the remainder of a $21.37 food bill.
Criminal damage: A vehicle parked at Roth Auto Sales & amp; Service, 2830 Youngstown-Hubbard Road had about $1,500 worth of paint damage to its passenger side and trunk.
Aug. 20
Assault: A Sharon, Pa., woman alleged an employee punched and kicked her in the head and torso during a fight at a Belmont Avenue business.
Auto theft: A 1988 Oldsmobile Cruiser was stolen from a residence in the 1700 block of Naylor-Lloyd Road.
Theft: An employee at Movie Zone, 1488 W. Liberty St., reported a man claiming to have a disabled vehicle tricked her into lending him $25.
Theft/criminal damage: Someone broke a vehicle's rear passenger-side vent window and damaged its steering column before trying to steal the car. Four cases of soda were taken from the trunk.
Theft: A Pleasantville, Pa., woman reported a bag containing $960 worth of miscellaneous jewelry was missing from her room at the Days Inn, 1610 Motor Inn Drive.
Theft/forgery: An employee at Aim Nationalease, 1500 Trumbull Ave., alleged a worker wrote two unauthorized checks totaling $500 to himself.
Aug. 21
Theft: An employee at Miller's Towing, 4100 Belmont Ave., alleged a former worker took two sets of keys when he quit.
Burglary: A man in the 100 block of Mill Run Drive reported hearing suspicious noises inside his residence and discovering $100 and a credit card missing from his wallet.
Arrest: After a traffic stop on Colonial Drive, police arrested a 26-year-old Niles man on a charge of failure to appear in court to face an income tax charge.
Breaking and entering: Someone broke into a concession stand at Liberty Township Park, 1315 Church Hill-Hubbard Road, through an exhaust fan on its roof. Ten to 12 cans of soda and a bucket of sunflower seeds were stolen.
Aug. 22
Theft: Two men left Giant Eagle, 4700 Belmont Ave., without paying for four steaks and a box of pastry items.
Truck theft: An employee at Consumer Car Co. Inc., 5925 Belmont Ave., alleged an Austin, Texas, man, 36, leased a 2000 GMC box truck and failed to return it at the end of the lease agreement.
Aug. 23
Arrest: After conducting a vehicle registration check, police arrested a 21-year-old Warren man at Save-a-Lot, 3551 Belmont Ave., on a charge of failure to appear in court to face one count of carrying a concealed weapon.
Criminal damage: A woman alleged a man tossed a phone receiver at her car during an argument and broke the vehicle's outer windshield in the 10 block of Trumbull Court.
Burglary: An Eagle Bridge, N.Y., man reported someone broke into his room at the American Inn and removed a $6,000 computer, two computer bags and another item.
Aug. 25
Burglary: A woman in the 2900 block of Roosevelt Drive reported someone pried open a rear glass window to her residence and stole a DVD/videocassette recorder unit and 12 CDs.
GIRARD
Aug. 25
Theft: An East Howard Street boy reported a $400 bicycle stolen while he was at the Girard Free Library, 105 E. Prospect Ave.
Theft/recovered property: A left rear tire removed from a car in the 400 block of North Avenue was found in a vehicle parked at the Girard Free Library.
Criminal damage: A man reported someone slashed his utility trailer's tires while it was parked at Mikeee's, 30 N. State St.
Aug. 26
Theft: A woman reported a lawnmower missing from her garage in the 1000 block of Tod Avenue.
Theft: Someone removed a front door from a vacant house in the 40 block of Howard Street.
Theft: A Youngstown man reported a guitar rack, two guitar tuners and numerous tools taken from Creekside Golf Dome, 1300 N. State St.
Vandalism/theft: Someone pried open and damaged a vending machine at Creekside Golf Dome and took $30 to $40 from inside.
Assault: A woman in the 300 block of Iowa Avenue alleged an 18-year-old man pushed her son, 15, during an argument on her front porch, causing him to fall backward into a chair.
Aug. 27
Theft: A woman in the 400 block of Vine Court reported someone kicked in a side door to her residence and removed a pool table from the attic.
Theft: A man stole a bicycle off the front porch to a residence in the 200 block of East Main Street.
Criminal mischief: A man reported two all-terrain vehicles drove through and damaged his mother's lawn at her residence in the 500 block of Mosier Road.
