Pepsi hops on vanilla bandwagon

As if you needed another beverage choice, here's the latest: Pepsi Vanilla (and Diet Pepsi Vanilla, natch). So if you're a Pepsi fan who felt left out of the vanilla rage when Vanilla Coke hit the market, you've been vindicated. The new cola is rolling out across the country this month, so look for it at convenience stores, in vending machines, supermarkets, etc. (In other words, pretty much everywhere.)
And speaking of new entries into the beverage universe, head to your nearest 7-Eleven and check out the Slurpee Candy Straw, a sweet extravagance that's bound to have dentists everywhere cringing. Basically, it's a hollow candy tube through which you can slurp your Slurpee. And when you're done, you can eat it.
In twins
Even if you can't quite get on board with the Olsen twins' unreal command of the entertainment universe, you have to at least admire their spunk. (We'd better not see you snicker unless you have your own clothing and makeup line, a collection of DVDs, and a company to protect your "brand.") Anyway, whether you think Mary-Kate and Ashley are admirable or annoying, you can at least enjoy their new fragrances.
The scented body sprays, mary-kateandashley one and mary-kateandashley two (why waste time with capital letters?), are available in portable, back-to-school sizes for about 5 bucks at Wal-Mart. The first scent combines the fragrance of red berries, night blooming jasmine, chocolate, coconut and spice, and its "twin" includes hints of peach, water lily rose, sandalwood and musk. And while you're at Wal-Mart, check out the twins' makeup line, full of cheap, fun products with lots of sparkle.
