CAREER PATHS



HOUSING
The Youngstown Metropolitan Housing Authority has reorganized its staff and promoted three people. Atty. Michael Krause was named deputy director. He had been director of human resources. He will continue to oversee that area but has added duties in the operations and occupancy departments. He is a graduate of Westminster College and the University of Akron School of Law.
Megan Shutes will serve as coordinator of the Hope VI Project. She had been a systems analyst in the Section 8 department. She has a bachelor's degree from Columbia University.
Herman Hill was named community supportive service coordinator for the Hope VI Program. He had been director of the YouthBuild Program. He is a graduate of Kent State University.
RETAIL
Dan Daum has been named manager of 84 Lumber Co.'s Hermitage store. A native of Vienna, he lives in Girard and is a 1987 graduate of Mathews High School.
FINANCE
Stephen Bukovac and Mark Simoni have joined Brennan Financial Group's Boardman office as registered representatives of New England Securities. Bukovac has been in financial services since 1994 and has an associate's degree in business from Youngstown State University. Simoni has a bachelor's degree in philosophy from YSU and a master's degree in business administration from John Carroll University.
SPORTS
Dennis Gruber, a 1984 graduate of Boardman High School, has been named director of the athletic training program at Ashland University in Ashland, Ohio. He had been head athletic trainer at Georgia Southern University. He has a bachelor's degree in education from YSU and a master's degree in physical education from Ohio University.
