Canfield Junior Women's League to sponsor annual Fall Market

CANFIELD -- Sept. 20 has been chosen as the date for the 34th annual Fall Market to be sponsored by the Junior Women's League of Canfield. The event will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Booths and tables will be set up on the Canfield Village Green, located at the intersection of state Route 224 and Main Street.
More than 100 vendors will be on hand to display and sell seasonal decorations, wearable art, dried floral arrangements, wreaths, handsewn dolls and a wide variety of craft items.
Parking will be available in designated areas near the green, and refreshments and concessions will be offered. Admission is free.
Marcia Melvin, Anne Liller, Judy Codespote and Suzanne Esposito are in charge of the event, which is one of the organization's major fund-raising activities. Proceeds will benefit the community and help finance three scholarships that are awarded to high-school students each year.
