First Niles Financialdeclares dividend
NILES -- First Niles Financial has declared a quarterly dividend of 14 cents a share, payable Sept. 16 to shareholders of record Sept. 5.
It is the parent company of Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Niles.
It has $100 million in assets.
OSS lands contractsfor security services
WARREN -- OSS Inc., 2592 Elm Road NE, has signed contracts with Hoover Co. in North Canton and The Plain Dealer in Cleveland to provide security guard services.
Besides security guards, OSS offers several choices of electronic surveillance and monitoring.
The 35-year-old company has more than 2,000 guards and more than 500 customers in Ohio, Pennsylvania and New York.
