Nimkii Osawamick, 14, of Ontario, Canada, above, does his feathered dance during the Red Hawk 2003 Pow Wow at Willow Ranch on South Hubbard Road, Coitsville. The weekend event featured American Indian competition dancing, music, exhibits and pony rides. David Welch and Rick Bird, below left, of Cherokee, N.C., provided drum and sign music for the dancers.
