Blevins-Kelly wedding set for early November

XAUSTINTOWN -- Ronald and Patricia Blevins of 2611 S. Raccoon Road are announcing the coming marriage of their daughter, Melissa Blevins, 3555 Dover Road, Youngstown, to Raymond Paul Kelly IV, also of the Dover Road address.
Mr. Kelly is a son of Carol Kelly of Boardman and Raymond III and Sue Kelly of Canfield.
An open ceremony has been planned for 1 p.m. Nov. 1 at Austintown Community Church, and invitations will be extended for a reception to be held that evening at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church hall in Youngstown.
Miss Blevins attends Youngstown State University and is vice president of Team Office Products.
Her fiance is director of operations at Team Office Products.
